Triple Care can provide shorter-term care services, which allow for you to rest and recharge, as one of our experienced live-in carers will take over the day to day routines. Our respite care services are available from just a few days to as many days as you require and this service is available throughout most of the Surrey area.

Hospital Discharge Care

The hospital discharge process can be a critical time for patients and their carers. After a period of illness they may be suffering from temporary or permanent impairment and may need assistance not previously required (including physical adaptations to their home and support services) in order to resume living at home. Discharge can thus be a point of life crisis and so needs to be handled with the full involvement of patients and professional carers.

We provide 24 hours, 7 days a week hospital discharge service in your own home to prevent unnecessary admission in hospitals, nursing homes or residential care homes. Our carers are well trained and experienced to meet your needs.
