Our relationship with Triple Care has been good ever since my mother required full time support. Her carers have been very diligent and kind and have kept us informed whenever they needed to. Any health issues are raised promptly, and we work together to fix these together. We have fostered good communications with the carers and as they feel comfortable to call us anytime. As a family we are very happy with Triple Care in knowledge that our mother is being well looked after by some lovely people.

They listen to any concerns I have and act accordingly. We have since moved to a long term live-in care arrangement and they have understood the importance of keeping to our most regular carers who work and understand my mother best(including last minute changes to rotas which I am sure is stressful for the staff!).

All my needs are taken care of from help with showering and dressing to making sure I stay steady on my feet. The carers are attentive and reassuring, and I always feel safe in their hands. It’s a great comfort knowing I have such dependable support each day.

The team at Triple care are very well trained on manual handling and also hoisting and putting me to bed and getting me up in the morning. I would recommended very well.

All the care workers engage warmly with my mum and respect her wishes. She is fully involved in her care and is always offered meals of her choice, served the way she prefers.
